The Into Action Group practices the spiritual foundations of anonymity, singleness of purpose, and effective sponsorship. As a group we believe that Alcoholics Anonymous provides alcoholics with a set of clear directions on precisely how to recover from the illness of alcoholism on the basis of simple actions. These actions are contained in the book Alcoholics Anonymous. It is the purpose of these meetings to carry that clear message and to focus on precisely how to recover from the illness of alcoholism.
